Eating Disorder Awareness

Journey To Worthy CD Cover

Jaclyn has spoken about her recovery of depression, eating disorder and self harm in many different avenues.  She has been on multiple documentaries, publications, public speaking, professional conferences and created a CD of the songs she wrote during her recovery called Journey to Worthy.

For the last few years she has created a Facebook group during the month of February to celebrate ourselves.  She calls it Fabulous in February (and all the other days of the year) and asks for people to post something positive about themselves every day of the month of February.

Below are a few videos she made in 2015 for Eating Disorder Awareness during the month of February.

Jaclyn is available for talking about her recovery to schools, communities and other resources.  Contact Jaclyn on the contact tab for more information.

Below are a few songs on her Journey to Worthy CD.  You can purchase these songs and more on iTunes

Let It Rain has been featured in documentaries, including ABCs of Eating Disorders, and publications.

Below are a few songs that are not on the CD.  Show Me The Way has been featured on a blog post from ADTA (American Dance Therapy Association).  This song has also been a center piece to many presentations and workshops for professionals in the field of Eating Disorders.
